Top Marks again for Multimax

Once again Multimax have exceeded our expectations. We were out yesterday in Famagusta, so missed the storm that hit Ozankoy, Catalkoy, and the area. When we returned we found the internet was down but thought maybe due to the weather. Then established later that it was just ours. Called Multimax this morning, engineer came out within about an hour, 10 minutes later he had fitted a new Antenna and went on his way....family staying with us at the moment were amazed at the speed and efficiency, which they have never experienced with their provider in the UK. So, top marks Multimax

Yes...must agree...our support service from MM has always been very good indeed.

Yes agree with the above, any time we have had a problem, rang up and it was sorted, very good service

I agree had awful problems last weekend, (had been ongoing for a long time), MM realised the problem and sent out an engineer on the Monday who fitted a larger dish using the antenna as a LNB now have great internet, for information the problem was a bad signal.

....and once, someone went and built a HOUSE between me and the base station - bloody cheek!
