Cannot open BBC or ITV websites - Now Sorted!!

I cannot open either ITV or BBC websites at all on my laptop although it opens on my I-pad? It just says 'Hmm cannot reach this page' I have tried using Chrome & Edge. All other websites open quickly so it is not my internet connection
I renewed my Streamvia subscription yesterday & wondered if this could be blocking it somehow?
Any advice gratefully received thank you

If anyone else has this problem you need to re-set your IP address on the Stream Via Client Area
