Kibtek price increase

I have just received my bill for June.
The price per unit has now increased by approx. 12%.
But to put it into perspective, this is the first increase since January 2017.

...and in Jan 2017 we were only getting about 4.45 TL to the Pound, whereas we are now getting about 6.25 - I do feel sorry for the locals paid in TL though ...

Indeed - and if you have domestic staff cleaning or gardening for you don't forget to raise their wages accordingly.

In my experience they are too polite/wary to ask but are extremely grateful when you realise what pressure they are under and act proactively.

Funnily enough our bills seem to be less than they were a while ago. I suppose we are wising up a bit. Just leaving a glass of water outside for ten minutes instead of boiling a kettle when you want a cup of tea - that sort of thing.
