Hi, I have a friend who has a 4 bed villa in Esentepe. However, it needs some work inside and out.

He is prepared to charge a very low rent for a tenant capable of (for instance) bits of plastering and decorating.

Lovely villa though. Mains water and pool.

VERY low rent. Like maybe £50-£100 a month...….
