mukhtar Lapta location?

Ive tried searching but found nothing recent, does anyone know where I can find the Lapta Mukhtar please?

There are a number of muhktars in Lapta, each one for a specific area. Best advice is go into Lapta Belediye and ask them who the muhktar is for your area.
