We have a car seat for sale in our charity shop Heartbeat for only 40 TL but I am not sure what age it is for but might be worthwhile you take a look.
This is one of the NorthCyprusCancerCharity shops and it is the one near to the Girne State Hospital.

Heartbeat is OPEN Monday,Tuesday,Thursday and Friday mornings and The Hut, which is behind the main Post Office in Girne and near to the car park is OPEN Tuesday,Wednesday,Friday and Saturday mornings.

We also have other baby and children's accessories, toys, clothes etc in both of our shops.
Maybe not what you want but it may help others who are having little visitors.
