Music shop

Need to purchase new guitar strings and other bits and pieces but can not find a music shop in the North. If anybody knows of one then I would appreciate knowing the location of it.

There is a music shop in Girne. It is near the "Ordu" (Supermarket, also known as Army Shop) right in the center of Girne (appr. 100 m down from the Girne Municipality). If you don't know where the Ordu is, nearly everybody in Girne can tell you.
Standing in front of the Ordu Shop you will see opposite of it ( a bit to the left) a money exchange office (known as Sgt. Mustafa).
From there go into the small shopping "passage" and the music shop is right after the exchange office on the left side.
As far as I know since some time there is also a (new) music shop in Karakum but I do not know where it is resp. whether it still exists.

The music shop in Karakum is closed down.

The one mentioned above is open and sells guitar strings.
