Rental Tax Increase

For info, the rate for rental tax has increased from 10% to 13% with effect from 01/06/2018.

For contracts in sterling ....still 10 % for tl. They tried this a couple of years ago for a few months .landlords will just put the orice up to compensate so it will backfire as they are trying to get more rents paid in tl.

but also a way to get an increase with the summer rental market, I was only told it was for 3 months

Yes i can see the rationale in that perhaps that was the reason i think last time it was for three momths last time cant remember if it was for the summer.
