Dave Bate for those who knew him

I am sad to say that Dave passed away on Wednesday July 18th at his home in Ozankoy. He was a much loved Husband, Dad and Grandfather to 4 wonder children. After a short illness his life came to an end.
There is a burial service at Greenhill on Wednesday July 25that 10.30a.m.
He will be sadly missed but his singing will be with us forever.
R.I.P Dave will miss you but never stop loving you.
I would like to thank all our friends and especially neighbours here for there support, and last but not least the wonderful work the British Cemetery Committee who have guided and helped me through a very difficult time.

So sad to hear your news and what a shock - he seemed so full of life last time we had a drink and I will certainly remember his brilliant singing voice.
It was also lovely of you to mention the brilliant support of the British Cemetery Committee who were absolutely briliant when my mum passed away.
