Up to you. Best to avoid being out in the sun as much as possible between 11am and 4pm though.
AC comes on at ours for an hour or so around 1:30pm.

Honestly, the UK authorities are dreadful miseries aren't they. Don't do this, don't do that, get ripped off at ice cream stalls etc Stay inside and rot behind closed curtains. What rubbish, No, get outside and be thankful you're not having the usual UK summer. It last for long, enjoy it whilst it lasts!!
