Mersin 10

Hi,

I am having a problem with getting post.It gets as far as Turkey and then they can’t locate the address for sending onwards.Im still using Mersin 10 but I do have a post code.I asked the lady in Lapta Post Office how to address the mail using the postcode for my area and she had no clue what I was talking about.

I also checked on the forum(so as not to get shouted at) but cannot find any details of exactly how to address post to be sent here.Does anyone know the format.Thanks
