Blocked websites?

Just doing a bit if googling as you do getting a bit frustrated my internet is working fine but websites http://www.ft.com http://www.bloomberg.com http://www.washingtonpost.com and twitter all not loading. I see they all have negative articles about the turkish economy .....switched on my vpn and hey presto no problem........
