I was told today AND I SINCERELY HOPE the information is WRONG, that these bins are not sorted when emptied. I have to admit that I thought they were sorted after being emptied and suitable clothes and other items were then sent to the shop for sale. However today I was told that everything, more or less, was sold by weight and Tulips paid accordingly. In other words someone putting some really nice clothes into the bins, their items would be dumped in with old towels and any other stuff.
I must admit they do need to be emptied regularly (regardless of what happens to the items). I have recently seen bins where plastic bags are being dumped on top and around the bins.

The bins when emptied are definitely sorted. With any good clothing being sold in the shops etc.
Hope this puts your mind at rest.

Why is it that as soon as anyone organises a superb initiative there is always someone else to knock them down. Gossipers can ruin anything and everything very easily!
