Is my new air conditioner an inverter ?

I have just had a new air conditioner installed. My receipt says it is an inverter. The fitter said it was too. The manual says it is a split unit. Nowhere in the manual does it say it is an inverter. It is not displayed on the actual unit either. I bought it from Vestel although the actual make is Airfel. The boxes it came in also does not specify it is an inverter, just a split klima. An inverter is what I wanted. I have asked the shop, but they didn’t understand me. I do have a friend going in to ask for me tomorrow. Is there any way I can find out if my unit is an inverter apart from asking at the shop. Is something written on the actual units that would tell me? The code numbers on the units are LTXN35UV1B(inside unit) LRXN35UV1B(outside unit) Does anyone know? Thanks.

Thank you both for replying. When I looked on the airfel website I couldn’t find the model that I have. So thank you Erol for the website that you posted. Thank you garryco for the info on the outside unit

As someone who loves them to bits, you know when you have an inverter when they cost roughly a third more, give out roughly a third more heat/cold air and save you roughly a third therunning cost of the older models. Please people, don't come back to me with mathematical equations, this is what we were told when we bought ours and that's what I'm sticking by!!

We bought Grundig Blomberg, but then we're biased as that make is all we ever buy from a local shop. Service excellent, warranties guaranteed, installers always clean up after themselves and prices realistic. Would never buy the cheapest offered.!!!

Also Grundig fan here. We bought 24000 BTU December 2016 and it is brilliant and incredibly quiet.

Holly,

We've been shopping for a new 9000 btu inverter this morning to replace one(non inverter) that has just died.

The cheapest we found was Grundig 2500TL for cash, 3 year guarantee inside unit, 5 year guarantee outside unit. We already have a 12000 btu unit from same place bought 3 years ago and it runs beautifully. The shop is the Grundig/Bloomberg place on the main road in Karaoglanoglu (seaside), just West of GAU turning.

Halos Karakum have a promotion on Fuji inverters, 2700TL (cash) for 12000 btu, they don't do 9000 btu ones.

Just found the leaflet for Fuji inverters from Halos and the 18000 btu one is 3899TL on promotion so you should be able to knock off at least 100TL for cash
