Skyscanner
Is there any charge by Skyscanner if I book flights through them.

Re: Skyscanner
I use them regularly and I'm not aware of any extra charges - I have always been charged just the price quoted on the 'search result'.
Hope that this helps!

Re: Skyscanner
You do not actually book through Skyscanner they display the prices from the various Airlines/Agencies & then you are redirected to the website you chose.

Re: Skyscanner
There are certain websites which add additional charges to your flight cost after you have been directed to them. So it is always worth looking at the slightly dearer options to see if the overall cost is lower.

Re: Skyscanner
Skyscanner shows the cost for flights and then directs you to a website to book. It’s a good place to start looking.
Sometimes the costs may change slightly. The website you are directed to could be a flight booking company not the airline itself.
Once I have found flights via Skyscanner I always go to the airline website to check cost and book. Sometimes the airline cost is less.

Re: Skyscanner
As poshindevon says, it is a good starting point. We used to book using Skyscanner but then we had an issue when we had to change flight details. We now book direct from the airline as they are easier to deal with if a problem arises. All in my honest opinion of course.

All I said was that when you are redirected to a website it may not be the airline website, it might be to a generic website like Expedia/Opodo etc where you can book your flight. What I do is look at the Skyscanner costs and the airline they indicate and then go direct to the airline website to compare and check. Sometimes by going direct to the airline website you may save another few pounds.
