I have just seen this on Yahoo and it got me thinking how people just do not seem to think before publishing a name.
Susan Boyle has got a twitter hashtag called Susanalbumparty (susan-album-party) but it has been interpreted as:

Do you remember Stuart Hall (of It's a Knockout fame with Eddie Waring)? Well, he set up his own travel company in the Manchester area many years ago called:
Stuart Hall International Travel (S.H.I.T) - needless to say he had to change it!
