It might well be but the OP no longer wants a swing.... In fact they now only want a pump type dispenser... virtually any housewares shop sells them.

9yrs ago we bought a water cooler from Alladins Cave. 4yrs ago we had a leak Returned to Alladins Cave to buy a replacement. The very nice man in there said it's possible that the bottle could be the problem go back home & check the bottle. He was exactly right it was the bottle leaking not the machine
He didn't have to tell us that & lose himself a sale.
Last week again a leak, this time it was definitely the machine after 9 years of constant daily use. Can't complain at that.
Straight back to Alladins Cave for a replacement to a trader who we trust & respect.

I believe we paid 160tl.with a years guarantee.
When we got it home & stripped away the packaging there was a crack across the top., which being in the packaging he obviously wasn't aware of
Took it back no quibbles, apologised profusely, and replaced it.
Very fair man

Halos in karakum excellent service my bottom loader has stopped twice and they sent 2 men to pick it up,repaired 2 times no charge,great service cos it was out of guarantee
