Mountain walks
Anyone know of any nice easy mountain walks or costal walks near Girne ?

Dandelite - There is a great little book called 'Walks in northern Cyprus' Which I bought for my brother for when he visits .
It was about TL 20 from Ozankoy bookshop.
He has done Everest base-camp a couple of times and he rated the book.
There are walks from easy to difficult.

Agree with Philoz, the book is by Alison Dowey who lives in North Cyprus. You can also purchase it at the Cyprus Nature Library which is situated on the top floor of the building behind the Vakiflar Bank (next to Colony Hotel). The library is open on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 10 am until 12 noon. If you are interested in bird watching (not much walking involved, though) there is a trip on 8th December.
