is anyone else having trouble with Netflix I was unable to watch anything last night all I got was a message saying oops something went wrong streaming error, you seem to be using a unblocker or proxy please turn off any of these services and try again. I am on MM has this got anything to do with them changing their VPN servers

It has happened before and was indeed due to MM reconfiguring their servers.

See here - message 5 et seq.

Incidentally I also suggested in that thread that MM put up a better news and/or system status board on their website but it doesn’t seem to have happened.

Happened to me in UK. Rectified itself after 3 days. No idea why.

Enrol has replied to me and hopefully MM will sort out the problem, he said it was something Netflix were doing

This will always happen from time to time with Netflix, they are very good at detecting and blocking IP addresses they suspect are being used for Vpn access, simply ask your Vpn provider to switch you to another IP address they have not yet rumbled.
Retired in the TRNC - now also retired in the UK

Happened to me last night. Contacted MM by email. Rang me the next morning and stayed on the line until I’d checked my Netflix was working. Great service on this occasion. Thanks MM.

we’re having the same problem have not been able to watch Netflix for 5 days now, and all MM said was it is a Netflix problem. How can we get our Netflix up and running again please

Please pm me the name your mulimax account is under and I will get it sorted. The cause of these issues is netflix misdiagnosing connections that are not using a vpn or proxy as doing so. However there are things that MM can do to get round this problem when it happens - I just need to know what your customer name is so I can do that for you.
