Car immobilizer problem

Can anyone help me? I have a problem with my my car we think it is the immobilizer. Where do we take it to get it fixed. Please can someone help

Let me know if the can do it as I have same problem with my car, sometimes it's fine other times takes a while to start as immobilizer kicks in. Been to 2 auto electric garages thanks
