Contest to design logo for promoting hellim

The Minister of Agriculture, Ali Çetin Amcaoğlu, and the Hellim Producers' Association (date not given in report) announced that there will be a contest to produce a logo to help promote the TRNC speciality.

Amcaoğlu said they hoped promoting hellim would in turn provide more business for the goat and sheep farmers, from whose milk the hellim is made.

Along with the GCs' halloumi, the EU has already accepted the use of the TC word hellim, a product which is almost identical to halloumi. However, there are objections from the GCs over this.

Unfortunately, it is not written in the report as to where you should submit your logo designs, should you be interested in entering the contest.

If you are interested in entering, then my advice would be to incorporate either a goat's or a sheep's head into your design ... bearing in mind the minister's comments about supporting farmers of such cattle.
