Bird deterrent person

Is there such a thing as a bird deterrent person out here?

Someone who can put them little pins on the ac units etc so that birds cannot sit on it?

They’ve made a right bloody mess.

If anybody has got a reliable contact I can use, I would very much appreciate it. We are in Bahceli.

you can buy bird spikes at some Yapi markets just use silicone to stick them on

No doubt some Kibkomers will think I've lost the plot, but we had this problem, birds apart from taking up residence in the gaps in the tiles, they also thought the air cons were a nice little home and built nests within them, we were forever pulling down the nests, they'd rebuild, we pulled down, it was certainly a battle of wills
Anyway I digress, don't know where but my husband heard that if you hang up 'pom poms' the birds won't come near as they don't like the fluttering - so we did, I think we got them from China Bazaar, colourful pom poms. We put them up round two air cons and, no birds! absolutely amazing, apparently they don't like the fluttering and don't come near - so no more nests on or in the air cons. We literally just hung one per ac - it works
So, hopefully this little tidbit will help, beats nasty spikes! Good luck

helendj, for two years we did the same with old DVD's, not only did they not like the fluttering, they didn't like the glitter apparently. We then hung them about 3ft apart all along the wrought iron on the terraces, same again. This year we had to take them down for painting, and birds came back within days.

I used to used cd’s when I had an allotment back in the UK. Will give that a go and will look to source some Pom poms!
