Is there anyone in the Tatlisu area that sharpens the chain on an electric chainsaw?

The bloke in the shed opposite Poolland will or if you want to get the right size file from a yapi market and bring it up to Ilgaz I will show you how to do it.

There is a guy at Karakum that repairs garden equipment. He may sharpen chains also. Located near to the old Multimax offices
