Kibtec help
Trying to register on the app it asks for phone number and I’d number, I only have uk phone number, and what do I put in the id number?

Firstly: I don't have a smartphone/use "apps", but I receive my Kibtek bills via email, using an email address that i gave them at the office..
However, the "id number" usually refers to the "kimlik" or ID card number issued by the government - BUT - your passport number will often be accepted in place....
I'm only a "swallow", so other permanent/long time residents may be able to advise you further....

I went into Kibtec office to ask about logging into App. Was told big problem not working!!

Passport no.......but you must telephone them first to register.....03926000960.......this is 24hr. call centre,paybills,report problem,check outages etc.....a must havenumber.
