Looking for drainage specialist and power flusher

We've got a blocked pipe on the inside of out building (behind concrete) and would like a company to come out and have a look at it. Drainage and flushing company needed please. Any recommendations

municipality did 2 customers blocked pipes when they emptied their pits, washed and cleaned all the pipes where it had come up in the lower shower / bath

Even if they do not do it themselves they generally can recommend someone
