The Merit Hotel Group will have live music and food. For something less formal, Montenegro C, Roadhouse, Hoots are all having music, dancing and food.

Isn’t Big Ben out of action for a couple of years whilst repairs are on going?

It's very easy to spend far in excess of that amount at a 5 star hotel Restaurant, eating superbly prepared food, & drinking fine wines and imported spirits on any day of the week - and that's without the entertainment and seasonal food...

If you prefer to watch the pennies, there are plenty of small local establishments but you certainly won't have a 'Gala Night Experience' !

Could I suggest that you try 'The George' not far from the Girne Belediyesi offices - cheap food and drink at near normal prices, and the Belediye always put on a good show, complete with a fireworks display - I can recommend it from personal experience.

Just to back up the tosh !!! £30 at lords palace. All seasonal foods . Professional service .sky lounge . Seadonsl foods. Santa singing . Beautiful reception area . And drinks included £30 . ! Much better I presume than local kebab mix and a CD / tape /stick .
We are all different with budgets to suit . Thankfully lords palace and I guess others do not take the Mickey

Erm... that was my point!

Price comparison: - The normal price of the Open Buffet at Kaya Palazzo is 200TL, whereas the normal price of the Open Buffet at Lord's Palace is 100TL.

The Lord's Palace is OK, and undoubtedly offers good value for money, but the Kaya Palazzo, in my opinion, is far Superior!

£30 at the Lord's Palace is approx twice their normal price - are they not 'taking the Mickey' also?
