Internet problem tonight

The Internet is very poor tonight following a three plus hour downtime earlier today, also unable to contact MM through online helpline, we are in Lapta, is anyone else having problems with Internet this evening.

Yes there are issues in Lapta region. We have not sent out an sms yet as we are awaiting info from the phone company (who provide some of our fibre links from lapta onwards)

The issue appears to be resolved (and fingers crossed it stays that way)

still probs i was sent text fiber cable cut at telephone so still working on for few hours

Yes same here.. it’s effects normal TV playing stop and start all the time - yet for some reason Netflix is working perfectly - how can that be?

Same here no BBC iplayer through our VPN. Very high winds in Sadrazamkoy tonight .

Seems to be a general problem which ever co you are with blame it on the storms

We must have been very lucky. We got the MM text and waited for problem to occur but absolutely none came.

I also got the fibre cable cut message yesterday from MM. TV fine until about 5pm today, now same old, same old. Karsiyaka area. I think it is weeks now with a sporadic service. SO fed up.
