2004 EY was in April now next Monday!!!

Yep, section 10 'Özel Araçlar' means Private Cars.

What am I missing here ? How can EY be next Monday when the attached image is for 2019 and shows EY as being in August 2019 ? If it was in April in 2004 and is in in August in 2019 has he not 'gained' time rather than lost it ? Sorry am so confused. Come and explain what I am missing please Keith.

Referring to section A dates presumably for commercial vehicles.

over 14 years!!!, but at least the list is on display in the office earlier now
