Re: Using postcodes
Personally I wouldn't dream of having a bank card sent to the North. We have lost so much post here we now have post box on the South side. You are welcome to send it to my box if you wish, send me a PM for details. It may take up to two weeks due to the holiday period.

I agree with Mollie the cat re bank card, but other than that it is sort of ok. I use Amazon and Landsend.co.uk for shopping as they will send things by Mail service, not courier and if it did not arrive you have a guarantee to get your money back. Snail's pace - yes, but then I have the additional hurdle of living in Dipkarpaz - 3+ weeks.

Re: Using postcodes
The only way that I would get something like a bank card sent here is by 'International Signed For'. You will be unlikely to get it any other way.

Agree with what others have said. If you want to guarante something gets here, use DHL and make sure your address states Mersin 10, turkey and not Cyprus.

Re: Using postcodes
Can you not get a friend to bring it out
DHL is great as long as it is your actual address and not a pk box .
A friend had one sent out through normal post and it did get here but took 4 - 6 weeks long time to bite your nails !

Halifax would not send my wife's card, but my Nat West arrived by normal post a month before the old one expired.
