Architect Wanted

Hi all

We are planning some construction changes to our home and would like to use an architect to do the design and then employ an appropriate builder.

Could anyone recommend an architect? He/she must be able to speak English.

you need to find the original architect who designed in first place . thats how they do it out here its a pain but the only way

Yes that's correct you have to refer back to the original Architect but if they are willing to sign over the project to another Architect i.e if they are not interested in the project then you can use a different one...

I seem to remember reading that only citizens could gain planning permission to alter existing properties.

We got our build permit ok to alter and and extend an old property through our Architect
