According to a thread last month, Supreme and Erdener on the east side - but I've sometimes found "rare" items in Atakara, Alsancak (just up the road from the Golden Lady & Lemar...

I make my dumplings using our fantastic local olive oil
250g plain flour with 2tsp baking powder
2tbls olive oil
150mls milk
herbs of your choice.
you may need a little less or more milk according to how absorbant your flour is.
