Traditional door knobs, where to purchase?

Any idea where (in Cyprus) we might be able to purchase traditional door knobs such as these please? ...

At the back of Superhome (Engomi) on the bottom floor in the same set of rows as the wood trims there is a display of "original" black metal bits for doors, windows etc. Have not been there for a while so not sure if this item was amongst them but if anyone heading that way please have a look!

You could try Genc just off the roundabout by the school in Karaoglanoglu, they always used to have a good selection of handles and knobs on display.

Thanks for the suggestions. We will try both this coming week.

We are after traditional bakelite door knobs, not wood, not plastic.

We might compromise with very traditional metal door knobs, see below, but these are like hen's teeth to find it seems...

For metal I would try Burhan in Lefkoşa by the prison. They have quite a selection.

We were not able to locate the door furniture we were after in the north. However, we did locate traditional door furniture in Nicosia today. Family run hardware stores N V Vapsis Ltd. They have two stores, one in old town Nicosia, the other in Engomi. Well worth a visit - we visited the old town Nicosia store - and there is parking!
