Opposite Erdiner supermarket. Just called in for a new phone, the guy was very helpful indeed, no hard sell, he deals with anything technical. Would highly recommend this shop.

Glad to hear they are more informative and helpful than they are at the Teknoshop in Alsancak. The girls there appear to be absolutely clueless and can only quote what is written the on the label. Apparently in the past they have been very reluctant to honour guarantees, but that is what has been quoted on other threads on this forum and not personal experience.

Seriously, nothing was to much trouble for this guy, he downloaded new software, set up an account all with a smiley face.

Perhaps the company can clone "your" chap and send him over here. Unless of course things have changed in the last 3 months or so. I might give them another chance just to see what happens.

The Tecno Stop at. Ozankoy is privately owned. Him & his partner came here from UK as children. Maybe the name Is a franchise & the franchises at Alsancak are just rubbish.
Highly recommend 'Technostop' Ozankoy perfect English speaking also!!!

Called in again today with a technical problem and to purchase speakers, met with a big grin. fixed the problem in minutes, if you want complete satisfaction his shop is the place to go to.
