Register a Death, where?

Can anyone advise where to go to register a death of an English national who died at Lefkosia State Hospital recently? I know to go to the Muhktar in Lefkosia but not sure about the official office to go to too.

Directions or the street address would be very useful too, many thanks

Thank you but I have been trying the first two numbers on that list for the past 2 hours with no success unfortunately
