Hi.anyone know where I can buy lamps made from gourds and how much.thanks in advance

I don't know in and around Girne, but there is a man in Kale Burnu, who makes lovely ones. I bought several. We got a table light and then bought five pendants and turned them into a five pendant light, looks really good.

There is a lovely shop on the RHS near the bottom of what we call; "mobile phone shop street. It sells gorgeous Turkish carpets and rugs, plus antique glass ware and carvings plus of course the lamps. Well worth a visit. Sorry, can't remember the name.

Sophie, that shop is Fanus. Beautiful lamps but none made from Gourds.
