Repairs to cd unit in a music centre, where?

I need a new cd unit fitted to a music centre, have the new unit, anyone recommend where I can get this done?

Try Acdinc in Karakum, he does lots of repairs. In the row of shops just past the turning for near east hospital. Red Ribbon Cafe on the corner.
