A question about the Revolut card

Does anyone know whether you get charged by the local bank for withdrawing lira from an ATM here using a Revolut card? I believe you can withdraw up to the equivalent of £200 (approx. 1400TL atm) each month without Revolut charging.

To the best of my knowledge no you do not get charged by local bank when withdrawing cash from atm's here. In the past using isbank ATM I have withdrawn both euros and TL in the past without charge (provided I do not exceed the revolut monthly free withdrawal limit).

Whilst on subject of revolut cards here are some 'tips' that may or may not be useful for others.

With the 'free' revolut account there is a monthly limit on free ATM cash withdrawals (200 euro or equiv) and on free conversion from one currency (6000 euros). To see how much of these monthly limits you have used already from the app got to 'more', then 'profile' then 'price plan' and you can see how much you have used already in given month.

Try not to change currencies on the weekend (saturday and sunday). You get a less good rate doing so when markets are closed than you do when they are open.

I've used my Revolut card in multiple ATMs in the north, and the only time I incurred a charge was when I went over the monthly limit.

You will if you use a Garanti ATM. I went to draw out 500 tl on Saturday and a message informed me that I would incur a 2.5% charge because my account was a UK one! Needless to say I cancelled the transaction and went to another ATM and withdrew 500tl with no charge.
