I emailed but no reply and if I phone I get nowhere, precious water going down the drain,

The Belediye were dreadful once upon a time re leaks, but they seem to be much better now but a personal call is preferred, I find that emails to any Government department, solicitor or banks, more often than not gets ignored.

Go into your local Belyi office & tell them. They never read emails! Phone can be language problem!

I thought we had one in our road, notified the Belediye 3 times, only to be told it is not a leak but an underground stream that is flowing due to the rain this year. Seems there are several about now.

We had a similar problem with a neighbours property in Ozankoy reported it the Muctars office they dealt with it same day.
