Where to start?

Hi all

My wife and I are finally taking the plunge and retiring to Kyrenia later this year, after many years holidaying in both the south and north. We are planning to buy but keep an address in the UK

I have already done a lot of research and planning but my question is whether there are any books or literature on the trials and tribulations of moving from the UK to TRNC that I should read? I have seen one or two but none of them are particularly detailed, and I have also read a few blogs but was wondering if anyone had written anything that would help people like us to make things as smooth as possible - knowing that nothing is ever likely to run smoothly of course!

Thanks in anticipation for your help..

"Brandy Sours: Seven Years in Cyprus: A Tongue-in-Cheek Memoir" by Bryan Hill may be a good place to start.

Best place to find out all about is right here , ask any questions politely and you will get all the info that you need from people that have been here for years much better than any book.
