The Hut

Hello

Does anyone Know if the Hut will open this year please as it was sadly missed by us last year?

I think it highly unlikely as the owner of the property and the land is being extremely particular as to who takes it over and so far no one has met their exacting requirements. At the moment it still looks very run down and "unloved". The last tenants have done their best to find a replacement, but as yet, no-one suits. (This was the last information I was given) However this is the TRNC and things might have moved on. If anyone knows of more up to date information then I'm sure a lot of past customers would love to hear!!!!!

Went passed today and from the car, the place looks derelict now.

My husband said he thought he saw a new sign up with a different name ****** Cafe but he was driving at the time lol

New sign outside saying Dortoyl Cafe ....... car park and outside area still looks overgrown. What a shame it's not going to be called The Hut but at least it looks as if it might reopen this summer.

Obviously the TC owner of the land has been suited as to who runs the establishment. At least one step in the right direction!!
