TC ' s voting in the eu elections how and where.

Hi anyone know what the regulations are for TC to vote in the ep elections. It's it just on production of a TC ID card or more?

Why would they as they are not in EU

"Turkish Cypriots

Turkish Cypriot citizens of the Republic of Cyprus who permanently reside in the Turkish occupied north are allowed to vote in the EU elections. Those who have declared a permanent address in the Republic of Cyprus-controlled areas are not allowed to vote."

What a strange ruling (imo)

Cally, yes it would have made sense if they had inserted two "not" in a couple of places. Otherwise it seems back to front to me.
