tax payment on telephones

does anyone know if there is anywhere else you can pay the tax on mobile telephones other than Lefcosia ?

I thought you had to go to Lefkosia first to get the phone registered in the TRNC, get your paperwork and then go to office in the new harbour to pay the tax. Have the rules changed recently? This is assuming the phone was purchased outside of TRNC of course.

That is still the case.
