Credit-West Not Answering e-mails ! ! !

Why does Credit-West Çatalköy NOT bother to answer e-mails on new accounts ? This was a large deposit that they have now lost , a good way to run a business don't you think ?

Don't think anyone on the Forum can help you. Suggest you contact them by phone or call in (depending where you live). You never know, they may have staff problems - sickness etc which means their usual standard is lacking. They normally have an excellent reputation, so you need to find out with them what has gone wrong. Good luck!

Similar problem - what a pity. All active to get forms signed then nothing.

Now I feel bad, because I always recommend them. As they say 'further enquiries will be made.' In fact they already have!

We are Credit West customers and have accounts at the Catalkoy branch. We have always had excellent service with emails being answered quickly so would be very interested to understand what the problem is.

Hopefully it is just a glitch and an explanation will be forthcoming. Please update this thread with any findings.

there must be some dreadful mix up. Catalkoy reckon they have no unanswered e mails. Could there have been something wrong in the addressing of them? Or has cyberspace been unkind? My dealings with the bank have always been good, so there is something here that needs putting right. Have you tried to contact them again Message no.1? do let us know how you get on.

I have had nothing but fantastic service in person and via e-mail with this branch especially Nesrin so interested to see what the issue is.

Maybe “just a glitch” who knows? You would think the banks would be bending over backwards to take your money these days but obviously not? The e-mail was sent correctly and didn't get returned, I haven’t had time to go back into branch chasing people up it’s much more convenient to e-mail and as a new customer with a large deposit why should I , If this is a sign of the service I would receive maybe it’s better I give them a miss? Shame because when I did go to the branch they seemed fairly efficient? Maybe I will try again at some point.

That said I’m glad other people a pleased with the service they receive.
