Boat trips

Some time ago i remember someone posting about boat trips to turkey and ways to get there and best times...
i remember someone mentioned the trip to somewhere near Adana from Girne where in certain months the Dolphins actually follow you... the boat i mean... does anyone have more info on this please? Thanks

Fast Ferry to Alanya! Don't know if it still runs as somebody told me it had stopped years ago but: http://www.northcyprusonline.com/North- ... -Ferry.php it is still advertised there. It is how we arrived in June of 2007 for good and was a magic end to a 10 days of cycling, trains, taxis and planes. Have not tried the trip to Turkey but the Island growing out of the sea is a sight to be seen. Good luck.

The fast ferry to Alanya has just started for the summer ( first sailing was early June) It will stop at the end of summer but they weren't able to give a precise date.

You can buy a return ticket down in the new port.
