Sterling from ATM East Side?

Hi,
Can anyone point me in the direction of an ATM that dispenses sterling without getting ripped off, or the machine runs out of cash, thank you.

Most of them do one or the other. I used TEB bank atm yesterday at the actual bank withdrew sterling no charge,

TEB has a machine on the road side in front of Lemar at Karakum. No charges for drawing sterling from them.

I prefer to use the machine by the bank in case it eats my card I can go straight in its happened to me twice before.
