Kuzeymak roof top house water system - issue now resolved

Does anyone know of any suppliers/repairers of these systems. One of the glass tubes on a neighbour's one is burst and needs to be replaced. They bought it from a supplier in Karakum but we went there today and it looks as though the building has been overtaken by a car sales lot.
