Boat purchase in Turkey/TRNC to berth in Karpas Gate

Hi , This may have been covered before but we wish very soon to purchase a Sports Cruiser and berth at Karpas Gate .

1/ If we bought a Turkish registered boat in Turkey what duty/tax would we have to pay on entry to TRNC ..?

2/ Would the boat have to be registered with the Harbour Master in Girne before transporting to Karpas Gate ..?

3/ Logistics dictate that we would prefer to locate a berth closer to Bahceli ie in Esentepe or Kaplica small marina's but are aware that these are mainly for local fishing boats and as such even if we were able to gain permission , that marine insurance would not be valid as these locations are not registered for private usage ..?

4/ Any thoughts on Marine insurance agents and any other constructive comments/help would be most appreciated. We are aware of the lack of marine diesel but believe that Karpas Gate has refuelling facilities ?
