KIBTEK Online Payment
I have just "paid" my KibTek bill online. The process was very simple, but I do not have any sort of payment confirmation. Am I missing something obvious? My CC has been debited.

If you check your account you will find it’s been credited.

Thanks for that, unfortunately, my login using my mobile number and consumer id is no longer accepted. I will have to wait for the next bill to arrive.Mr Chinnery wrote:If you check your account you will find it’s been credited.

Yes it is. I phoned Kibtek as I had problems using the app. They told me to enter PAS before my passport number. Note that it's the passport number and telephone number that you originally registered with Kibtek, so if you have a new passport, and can't remember your old one, give them a call and they will supply you with your ID. Likewise if you have a new phone number, let them know and they will sort it out for you there and then.Art wrote:Reference consumer ID would this be a passport number.?

Re: KIBTEK Online Payment
Wish it was quite that simple. In July we decided we wanted the bill to show on my husbands mobile, rather than mine. Two visits to Kibtek offices, twice filling in forms and seeing with our own eyes the change in mobile numbers on their computer PLUS two phone calls, PLUS a local, speaking to his pal in the offices, who assured him, that all was well, we are still waiting for the bill to arrive on mobile. Will be going into offices again after Kurban.

Will do, thanks. Is she based in Girne btw? If not, can you let me know how to contact her.

Not sure if this helps anyone but posted by Kyrenia Post on Facebook....I have copied and pasted...
According to Kib-Tek, paying your electricity bill has now been made easier: Payments can now be made online or by mobile phone.
An invoice sent by email will contain a payment link. Enter your subscriber number starting with *00 and use a bank card to make your payment. Alternatively use the KIB-TEK mobile phone app. These payment options will be available in three languages - Turkish, English and Russian. You can also access the payment link online using the following address: faturaode.kibtek.com .

That's the link I used to pay my bill. I had expected an acknowledgment of payment by either text or email. Didn't get one, and as I can no longer log in to Kibtek site, I can only hope the bill has been paid:-?Dalartokat wrote:Not sure if this helps anyone but posted by Kyrenia Post on Facebook....I have copied and pasted...

Anyone ‘successfully’ paid their bill using a U.K. Visa or MasterCard?

We have been trying to get a neighbour's bill emailed and like you have checked 3 times but still no joy. On our latest visit to the office a gentleman told us that their system basically cannot cope with the number of emails that need sending so wonder if the same applies to text messages?sophie wrote:Wish it was quite that simple. J and J, ours wasn't email or text to them, it was two visits face to face at the Girne office. Davedee has given a ladies name and number above and he thinks she may be able to assist. Will be getting in touch with her if nothing happens this time. It would have just been a case of deleting one mobile number (which had been working perfectly for two years) to another for future reference.

Re: KIBTEK Online Payment
Sophie yes I understand, ours was face to face too 3 times and we also checked the computer screen. My understanding is that the system can only message so many email addresses (in my case) so anything over and above whatever the maximum is has no chance.
