Does anyone know if insurance can be obtained at the Bostanci crossing and if so what are the opening hours.

Yes, there is an insurance kiosk at Bostanci which is open all day but don't know opening/closing actual times.

Not much help in the immediate future but authorities are discussing the possibilities of island wide insurance . Won’t hold my breath however
