We are going over the border at Pile soon and will need insurance. Does anyone know where the office is and what are their hours of business.

No crossing at Pile, but there is one at Pergamos/Beyamudu. If this is the crossing you mean and you are travelling north to south, the insurance office is on the left side after leaving the crossing and before the SBA Customs post. It is clearly marked. 0533 852 3609 is a contact number we have. Depending upon your crossing time, and if nobody is on the office, there is a number to call and somebody will come to deal with your needs. Sorry, not got dates/times of opening. Perhaps you could post them once you have been seen?
